Happy with the haircut. The balayage wasn’t exactly what I had expected, but that I believe lays mostly with me not entirely understanding the process so my expectations were a tad unrealistic. Overall pleasant and Ela was patient in explaining to me what can be done with my hair vs my initial expectations. I still think the balayage ended up looking more like highlights than what I had initially researched, which should be a more subtle and blended tint.
