The overall outcome was really great, I asked for an ash brown and was previously a vibrant chestnut shade - The results were great once Ela did the balayage and all over colour.

Leda was only following the instructions of Ella and was incredibly conscientious. However, my hair is the darkest it’s ever been blonde and I’ve had full head of foils done for many years. I don’t really understand how this has happened. The salon was lovely and the girls very professional and my hair cut is great. Just really disappointed with the colour.
