I now always go to Ela for my haircut. She’s very professional, & will always err on the side of caution & check with me, instead of chopping too much hair off like some hairstylists have done in the past. Ela understands my thick hair & what needs to be done to deal with the inevitable ‘bulk’, & weight, which bothers me in the run up to a hair cut. During lockdown 3, my hair was unmanageable as I’d not seen Ela since early Nov 2020! She did a great job this week. Many thanks Ela.

Very good only minor moan when had deep conditioner massage needs more pressure didn't feel like massage.
