It was done in less that 10 minutes and wasn't cut very straight. This is my first ever dry cut so perhaps that is to be expected. My hair is quite fine so my haircuts are quite quick but it just felt rather rushed.

Salon was nice and clean, upon arrival I greeted with a smile but my stylist ruined the nice experience I was hoping for. didn't give me any confidence until almost the end my hair is dry and has been coloured a few times so not the best condition but there are ways of telling your customers this I felt they were a bit rude and too honest, assuming things and just an overall okay experience, I came here for the good reviews it had but due to my experience i will not go back.

I found my second experience not like my first. Had olaplex treatment. No head massage this time. I also found very expensive for a wash and rough dry looked lovely with a curl and olaplex treatment £55. I also has a loyalty points card saying on 2nd visit a free conditioning treatment . I don't believe this was taken off. I have the same done in another salon and was only £35 for exactly the same . I love the experience and staff lovely but unfortunately too expensive .
