Ella has the patience of a saint ! She goes above and beyond where others have failed Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ella for anyone considering a new style / colour change or something out of the ordinary !! Always leave with a perfect cut , colour and style - I’m always changing colours and Ella hits the mark every time ! First Class

If I could give 10 stars I would. I'd booked in for a cut, without realising I should have booked a restyle, thankfully they were able to accommodate me, just had to pay slightly more. She really listened to what I wanted, checking that I was ok at each stage (it was a big change!) Super chuffed with my new cut, it's my crowning glory!
