It was my first appointment at Crowning Glory Hair Salon today and I will definitely be coming back. The experience was 11/10. Leda was very friendly, attentive and was trying to understand exactly what I want, provided some advice and asked me several times throughout the appointment if I'm satisfied so far to make sure I will be leaving the salon happy. I am very pleased with the result and already can't wait for next visit.

Clean and tidy salon and Ella done a great job at cutting my hair, however I’m not sure if I’d return as I found the vibe of the salon to be a bit off, I was not offered a drink and there was minimal conversation throughout my visit. Junior stylist Molly was asked to rough dry my hair and made weird comments about how blonde my hair is and rolled her eyes and huffed loudly whenever I spoke. Think some further training in customer service and how to talk to clients is much needed 😂
