Each appointment begins with a personalised consultation to assess your curl type, texture, and lifestyle. Your stylist will cleanse, hydrate, and shape your curls using curl-friendly techniques and products that enhance definition, reduce frizz, and promote healthy bounce. Whether you’re looking for a fresh cut, a hydration treatment, or a full curl transformation, this service will leave your curls soft, defined, and full of life. All prices are estimates. For an accurate quote, complimentary in-person consultations are available.  
A non-refundable booking fee of **25% of the total service cost** is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.  
•    If you cancel **within 48 hours** of your appointment, a **50% cancellation fee** will apply.  
•    If you cancel **within 24 hours** or fail to attend, the **full-service amount** will be charged.   
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us **within 7 days** of your appointment. We’ll be happy to arrange a complimentary adjustment where appropriate.
