Haircut was standard, however it was shorter than we’d decided and no heat protection or serum was used during the blow dry which left my hair scraggly. The hair treatment mask was only on for 5 minutes so I don’t think it was worth it. Staff was wonderful tho, really super nice.

Was ok. The venue is correct and the staff nice. The waxing was ok, the hair grew again very fast so not sure if they removed the hair well
