I’m so disappointed. My nails are damaged / they are thinner than paper. Most of the shellac went off already . Lady where removing my shellac for more tan 30 min and kept on peeling my nails saying machine are damaging nails . My shellac always gets removed with machine not the way she did and it never gets damaged . My nails looks awful, cheap and worst thing it will take such a long time to recover them. Absolute disaster . 3 of my nails already piled off- it’s a joke .

The atmosphere was great and the ladies were lovely. However, the waxing job was subpar. I could still see hair remaining after I went home and took a proper look. They were very lovely but I wish the actual work was as good as their service.
