Venue was not far from Hammersmith station and the staff (mother/daughter team) were very pleasant and professional. I was offered a drink on arrival and the salon was very clean. The lady doing the lashes explained about the treatment and maintenance and made sure I was comfortable all through the process which lasts a couple of hours. The after care explanations could have been more detailed and I wasnt blown away with the finished results but that could be a personal preference thing.
I would visit the salon again to try some of their other treatments like mani/pedi if im in the neighbourhood but i wouldnt redo the lashes.

This is the third time I've had the nanokeratin treatment and it really works well. Ive tried other Brazilian blow drys but they do not last as long. The price is very good value for money compared to other salons. The staff are lovely and ensure that they inform you of each step of the treatment. This is a gem of a salon and I'm going back on Saturday to try a facial.

My therapist was very nice, courteous, lovely person, was patient and gave me many options, and took her time to do her best in ensuring my nails looked perfect. The only reason I haven't given a five star is that after I left the salon, I realised she has missed out a few areas around the cuticles on a couple of fingers and that means the growth will start to show a lot quicker than it should. Nevertheless less a lovely experience overall, I had already booked a return visit before hand and I'm sure she will listen and ensure its done perfectly next time. Would highly recommend this salon.

Friendly and very professional stuff. The place is very bright and kept spotless.
I have done half head highlights twice in the salon and never looked better! They give fantastic advice and take care of their customers. Highly recommend to anyone!
