Excellent value for money and great customer service. Spa offers loads of different treatments so worth getting a loyalty card too. Thoroughly recommend!

Staff were lovely, venue was clean and for value it's fab. The cut wasn't great - I was left with a lot less hair than I wanted, I think the hairdresser had her own idea of what I wanted. They did throw in a free blow-dry which was super kind and probably because my feelings about my cut were showing on my face!
Ladies' Haircuts
Came for a set of Shellac nails. When I arrived they could not find my booking yet were very friendly and offered me tea and biscuits whilst I waited. The girl looking after me was lovely and chatty and really did seem to care. However, for a couple of reasons I wouldn't choose to come here again. Firstly, their selection of shellac nail polishes is very limited - around 7. This was not explained to me until after I had my cuticle care which left me in a bit of an awkward situation. The actual finish of the nails was good but they started chipping within 3 days which is totally unacceptable - my usual gel nails last 2-3 weeks without chipping.
Other Nail Extensions & Overlays
Perfect. Plenty of time was taken over the waxing, and I was shown the progress throughout the treatment. I have become a repeat customer. Cannot fault this salon in any way at all.
