Staff were very friendly, I was only after a trim and that's exactly what I got. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted and only took a tiny amount of length off my hair. Would recommend the wash, treatment, haircut and blow dry.

The place appears as an hairdresser but they have a lovely treatment room downstairs. Maria was lovely and very delicate during the hollywood waxing treatment. The waxing at the back could have been done a bit more accurately but I should have pointed that out to her while I was there. Overall a great experience, a little pricy.
