My hair has been permanently damaged - it was bleached when I didn’t ask for it to be. Hulia didn’t listen to the colours I asked for, and didn’t blend them at all. When I expressed concern, I was told the colour doesn’t suit me anyway. I was given a full refund. Hulia is not trained to do balayage, and seemingly not in highlights either - it was the streakiest work I’ve ever seen. I’ve had to pay so much since to try and repair the damage, but nothing is working. Extremely disappointing
