Horrible work done nails had to be fixed after finishing
Started one lady ended up another little girl with the top coat
Not asked if I would like to have something to drink when another customer white was asked
Not offered loyalty card when the previous white customer was offered
Racist behaviour and lack of professionalism Ombre wrongly done with a dirty buffer pen nails not cleaned or allowed to wash after filling which course caused the nails to have so many hairs bumps and fibers

I'm sorry to leave a bad review but I had a terrible experience yesterday. I've been going there for my waxing for over a year and it's been great. I think the owner is on holiday because it was a different team yesterday. The lady that did my waxing was lovely but does not know what she's doing. My Brazilian was so painful and I'm still covered in wax, She's ruined my eyebrows by making them one thin line without the shape and thickness I've spent the last year growing back ;(
