Therapist was pleasant enough but young and inexperienced. She announced audibly what treatment I was there for in front of another client! Wax wasn’t ready and sobthere was a 15 minute delay as it warmed. Strong smell of chemicals pervaded the air. Treatment room was dirty run down and cold. Salon has the air of a business on its last legs. It’s going to need an injection of cash and enthusiasm to bring it in line with other salons locally.

Used this place for ages now. Last few times I've been there, found lots of hair not being waxed. Feels very rushed as well. I'll give one more go and then I'm out. Hollywood not done properly, which I realised once home. Leg hair left on back on legs ,not impressed

Usually i have no concerns as i regularly have a hollywood wax at Crown Beauty, but on this occasion i found my experience disappointing, not all was hair was removed and i thought the process was a bit messy as i found i had quite a lot of wax left on my skin - more than the usual expected amount.
