Part of this feedback isn’t entirely the fault of the therapist as she was working alone so meant not starting on time and shuttling to and from customers between the treatment. As for the removal, wasn’t completely happy with the end result. Left with dried glue residue in my lashes. Didn’t have the patience to wait any longer or tolerate the discomfort of stinging eyes
