The most painful wax I've ever had. The Esthetician didn't seem to know how to apply the wax so she could pull it in one pull, so it would get stuck and have to be pulled in 3 - 4 pulls, also she would have to attempt a few times to to pull it as she hadn't waited for it to dry or left a clear part that could be easily pulled. When I complained about the pain she said that I had too much hair although I'd made sure to trim in advance and I've had prior less painful waxes with much more hair.
