This was my first appointment with Lynnsey and I can honestly say I have never felt so at-ease and listened to. I arrived with brassy highlights and grey roots and wanted to achieve something more natural and closer to my natural colour. Lynnsey was quick to suggest a solution and the outcome was exactly what I was hoping for! I couldn't be happier with my cut and colour and only wish I was based in the area. I will definitely make another appointment next time I'm in London. 10/10 experience.
