Really made welcome i was a little bit early so i was offered a cup of tea . Danielle asked what i wanted and delivered the hairstyle i wanted ,she was friendly made me feel at ease. Pre booked my next appointment.

Regular colour appointment. Love coming here, and having Kathryn do my hair is a relaxing experience as I know I'm in safe hands. I'm always offered coffee and biscuits and Christmas chocolates too this time. 😊

Japanese head spa was very relaxing. Millie was clear with explaining what would happen and during the steam part, she advised me to let her know if it got too warm/uncomfortable for me. She was very friendly as always and I felt fully relaxed when I left the salon.
