Going to a salon after years of dying my own hair, and having such a big change was nerve-racking. Initially I only went for a hair cut, but after discussing with Mel how I wanted to try go back to my natural look and allowing the grey to filter through - Mel knew exactly what needed to be done - so before I knew it - I'd booked! I had nothing to worry about! Mel and Emily were so welcoming, explaining my options, and making me feel at ease. The process was fast and I am so happy with the result

My stylist is very caring but professional at the same time. She helps with any problems and seeks advice if needed. All the stuff are welcoming and willing to help. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean, always ready for my appointment. I like attending as I feel comfortable and able to discuss what I want from my stylist. Thank you all.
