Had been putting off a cut for a good 6 month because of having a dry scalp and was well over due. Booked a dry cut as I thought that’s would be the quickest option to get rid of some hair. Was nearly in tears sat in the chair but Mel put me at ease I was worried at how bad it looked she never bothered didn’t make a fuss and even offered some advice. Been here twice now and both times absolutely faultless.
