I had a perm at Crème de la crème. The ladies there were pleasant and really thorough in their description of the process (it was a first perm for me) and were open and honest about the possible outcomes - including negatives - in case I wanted to change my mind. I would highly recommend them and am considering switching from my current hairdresser because they make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive

I was made to feel comfortable with friendly conversation. I was listened carefully to when asked about the cut I wanted and it was done with great care with attention to detail that I needed with my hair. I was asked if it was to what I wanted at differant stages and not rushed. Very pleased with cut. Would highly recommend, would not go anywhere else as very happy with all staff at this venue.
