I had a negative experience and would not return based on poor customer service and unsatisfactory treatment. Having read all the great reviews about Suman and booked my appointment with her, I was not happy to have to be treated by a different therapist with just 4 weeks of experience who did not do a good job of threading my eyebrows. The manager, who was present, should certainly make paying customers aware that they won’t be receiving the standard of treatment they were expecting.

I was so nervous to get a wax and after so many months off but ended having such a lovely morning get a wax and pedicure I felt pampered. One of the quickest and best Brazilians I have ever had and friendliest staff that made the whole experience wonderful. Thank you so much and I’ll be back again for sure!!
