Probably the worst cut I've ever had. The young girl was extremely slow and did not give the impression that she was comfortable or experienced in cutting hair even though she had claimed that she had been cutting hair for five years. She kept having to stop as her long acrylic nails kept getting caught in the scissors (which I’m sure were also blunt).
After half an hour of cutting my hair showing no level of expertise, I was reluctant to let her cut the front of my hair. I even stopped her at one point and said ‘I’m really nervous about you cutting the front of my hair as you don’t seem to know what to do’. We agreed that she would leave the front of my hair and cut the layers (which were not cut properly, if at all).
I left the salon and immediately booked another hair cut in Shoreditch to fix my layers which she did not cut into and the front of my hair. Which cost me £48 on top of the £35 I paid at Creme. I'd actually like a refund. It was that bad.
