Last minute booking. Really nice experience. I had read previous reviews and was a bit unsure but after my visit I can only assume the bad reviews were either extremely exaggerated or the were at a different salon. Arrived to a nice greating and after a chat and me showing the picture I was offered a drink and then had my hair washed. Nice little head massage and comb through of conditioner. During the haircut Rachel checked if I was happy and if the cut was the right length, I felt really listened to and involved in the process. Came out with a very cute pixie cut which can be a bit tricky to do so very happy with the staff and the cut. Will definitely go back. 😁😁

Great treatment, my hair feels much softer and less prone to tangling:) staff was more than welcoming and friendly, & i was offered plenty of advice & details on the treatments & products I was interested in. I’d definitely come again & recommend to anyone :)

Gel Nails Manicure
Hair cut was satisfactory, particularly at a low cost.
Salon was OK but a few things could be improved. Water from the hair wash basins had widely variable temperatures, so moved between cold and uncomfortably hot. Wasn't offered a drink throughout my visit. Lots of personal chat between staff throughout my visit. Was OK and cut hair as required, but not a salon to go to for pampering or a treat!
