After 5 months with no treatments due to the pandemic my back was in bits, completely tight and knotted. It was a very intense treatment but feeling much more flexible now. One of the best deep tissue massage treatments I've had.

At Crawley Tui Na training centre we train and educate advanced masseuses in the art of Tui Na massage. A 5000 year old Chinese massage and treatment which is used all over China in Hospitals as part of a healing process or as manipulation. We teach all our therapists the main principles of Chinese Medicine as well as techniques in how to use Tui Na.

Tui na 推拿) is a form of Chinese manipulative therapy often used in conjunction with acupuncture, moxibustion, fire cupping, The practitioner may brush, knead, roll, press, and rub the areas between each of the joints, known as the eight gates, to attempt to open the body's defensive chi (Wei Qi) and get the energy moving in the meridians and the muscles. Techniques may be gentle or quite firm. The name comes from two of the actions: tui means "to push" and na means "to lift and squeeze

They have also all achieved a Level3 NVQ professional and have trained in Tui Na treatments.

At Crawley Tui Na centre we run training courses to a diploma level for all masseuses that have qualified to a level 3 standard. After they have been trained in Tui Na we offer them the ability to give customers treatments. So each masseuse in highly qualified to look after you.
