Salon is tucked away in glassford street and not signposted outside. However I found it easy enough. I should have stuck to my gut instinct and walked away. The salon could have been cleaner but the guy was friendly and I needed to get my hair done, so went ahead. Big mistake. I got highlights and it wasn’t until I got home and had a really good look at my hair that I realised there was a very obvious brassy look and the root was different compared to the rest of the colour. A toner should have been applied and wasn’t. I will need to pay out again to get this corrected. I will not be back. A real shame as the salon is in a prime location.

As always, craig always listens and explains what to do with the cut etc. Would definitely recommend.

Went in with yellow grown out balayage and came out an icy blonde - beautifully blended. 10/10 recommend!! Thanks Craig!!
