I have done Brazilian wax in many countries/ cities but this was the second most painful. "The area" was so sore afterwards.
Plus I had never been told to "pull the area" during the procedure, I was paranoid the therapist wanted to touch the least of my skin to get it done. ( I cleaned myself prior to the session, of course) I don't know if the therapist was in hurry or was not comfortable with me, but I didn't feel welcomed at all. The menu clearly suggest warm wax for £18 and hot wax for £23, but I was just charged of £22, no explanation whatsoever. Didn't feel like asking after the horrible and unconformable experience.
I have been to B-Brown a number of times now and am always impressed with the service and great value for money.
