I thought the girl at the front desk was nice and helpful. I appreciate that I was a walk in customer and wasn't expecting to get an appt that same day but there was an opening later in day at a time I wouldn't normally take but being my schedule was tied up as their schedule also, I opted to take appt.
Upon arriving for my appointment , two people were entrance outside smoking. Minutes later, the one woman who was outside smoking was the woman doing my nails. I believe she was owner of salon. To be honest, I was more impressed with receptionist than with nail technician, owner or not. Perhaps the woman was tired after her day or its not her manner to interchange with her clients or perhaps it was just me being a new client...but the silence other than my asking some questions and quick responses was uncomfortable and didn't think owner was glad to have a new customer as myself or not. No personal interest and sorry but for me that does go a long way. I won't be returning.
I thought salon with tanning booths made for a very cramped space. Im sorry I didn't like more as I will be going somewhere soon as Im not very keen about the color I chose for my nails. Oh well seems you are busy enough anyway.

Absolutely love my nails! The salon has so many colours to choose from and I’ve received so many compliments about my nails. I’d 100% recommend B-Brown to anyone and I now won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done!
