Overall a good experience if I consider it was just a leg wax. But the saloon is not as clean as I expected, or as I would like a saloon to be. Old style forniture and the sofas on the waiting area were covered on dust..

The treatment rooms are not fully separated so you can hear people coming in and out and chatting. Doesn’t make you feel relaxed.
They play pop music quite loudly too which again doesn’t give the peaceful and relaxing experience desired.
The actual treatment was ok. I opted for a hot wax as in my experience, it removes more hair than warm wax however I had bits of wax on me when she finished.
No soothing cream either.
Looked like a good place for a manicure but I wouldn’t recommend for relaxation treatments.

Kala was really good, very welcoming staff.
The facial/massage made me relaxed in that tiny room. Will definitely recommend B-Brown to all.
