The lady who did my wax was lovely, had a nice chat with her and she gave me a relatively painless wax. Would definitely recommend. Only thing that slightly let it down was the two girls in reception being on the phone and not acknowledging me when I came in, eventually one of the girls in the back came out to attend to me. Other than that it was all fine.

The place looks quite old and dirty. The staff is extremely nice but I was left with loads of hairs that I needed to finish at home...
