Even though the salon was undergoing a refurb and Sarah was very busy that weekend, she still made time to fit me in and that's the best customer service! There's many salon's out there that wouldn't bother to do that which is what puts this place on top! You cannot fault B.Brown, they really do go the extra mile with their clients! Five stars as always :)
