I don’t like to write negative reviews but I’ve had lashes done at least 5 other times at other salons and this was the worst experience I’ve had so far. The technician did not ask what length or what I wanted before we started. I had to bring it up once my eyes were already taped. Then she left the room and left the door open without explaining where she was going, which was not a very relaxing or reassuring feeling. I didn’t see her wash her hands before she started and kept putting pressure on my forehead, nose and eyes when she was applying the lashes. I don’t recall ever having anyone touching my face that much before. I think I ended up with a zit on my forehead as a result as I don’t usually get any pimples there. Overall my lashes looked thin (again compared to all of my other experiences) and she said there was nothing that could be done. Sadly I was quite disappointed with the overall experience and no one asked how it was as I was paying or leaving.
