Overall experience was great. They do a great job. The only but is the fact that I thought I had booked a hot wax rather than a warm/strip wax, which to me is more painful. Booking option was not specific enough. But the beautician was very gentle and patient.

I love this B-Brown! Sarah the owner has done my nails twice now and I really looked forward to going back, she is really friendly and actually a gave me really good advice on what I needed doing to look after my nails. I’ve also now had my toes done and couldn’t recommend this place enough!
