My experience at B-brown was excellent. My appointment started on time and the staff were really friendly and made me feel very relaxed. They seemed very knowledgable about the waxing process and were happy to answer any questions I had. I also think their pricing is great and the service is overall great value for money. I had a Brazilian hot wax and my technician was very experienced and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.

Although the paint chipped the next day, which has never happened before at this salon, I was offered a free repair which I thought was excellent service. Sinem is a lovely girl and therapist
