My only complaint regarding my visit is in regard to the pedicure. The pedicure and staff were wonderful, however the area in which the pedicures are completed is in a dark crevice of the shop, the chairs used seems a little tired and could benefit from updating to improve the overall experience. The general area could do with a little makeover to improve experience, ie better chairs magazines to read etc.
The position of the therapist during treatment with current set up means they must lean extensively forward, as a physio I would be concerned for staff back care.
That said the therapist was delightful, polite, attentive and both treatments done to a great standard!
