First time client. Treatment was fast and effective. Sara was kind and friendly. I always appreciate when beauty therapists remind you of the after care treatments you should think about after waxing (even to the experienced clients). It shows that they care about their clients. Will come back.

The staff here are welcoming, professional and show an interest in the client. If you want to chat they will engage with you, if you want to sit quietly that's okay too. I was pleased with my nails and will go again.
