The pro: the beauty therapist was excellent - quick, thorough, and considerate, and the wax really was painless. She was also really nice.
The con: I had to wait 30 minutes for a pre-booked appointment. This wouldn't have been the end of the world, but the salon absolutely reeked of some very toxic-smelling chemicals - maybe from tanning or the nail bar or something? I gather it was a busy and day and it was a small salon but really... they need better ventilation in the main room.
