The good:
Really great booking experience on phone, super pre-appointment COVID safety measures and warm welcome upon arrival
The not so good:
Wax felt rushed and as a result, wax was left on my bikini area and the finished job was uneven. Worried, I called the salon who said that because I held my own underwear (I was told to) it was down to me that it was uneven. When I said I was concerned about wax remaining on the skin, I was told it was normal (I've never experienced this before).

I was extremely disappointed by my treatment. I had acrylic nails done which took almost 3hrs. The therapist was quite complacent, chatting to other customers but not really focusing on the job in hand. I was left with thick, wonky acrylic nails. Three of the nails broke in a 2 week period and one lifted from the base. To top it all off, when I had them removed (at a different salon), three of the nails were green underneath. I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone
