I was refused a proper manicure treatment due to my psoriasis (none on my fingers & nails but only a little on one hand).
I’ve had it for 15 years & had many manicures in the past - never was I denied proper treatment because of it. Today I had to beg & even offered to sign a waiver but every request was denied. The result? I paid £34 for gel polish & a halfway cuticle work. Cuticles look like before when they were the main reason to book this spa mani. I felt discriminated & will not book again
