The waxing was excellent but you should not automatically expect people to use hand sanitizer if they prefer to wash their hands. I said that the sanitizer ruined my gel nails and the implication was that there was something wrong with the way my nails had been done. This was an insult to my sister who has been doing my nails (brilliantly) for twenty years.

It's been so long since my last manicure, they really needed a bit of TLC. Felt great to have a full treatment, and Leoni was lovely and gentle and I felt super relaxed. The colour selection is great too. Final result is fine, not giving 5 stars because my nails have ended up a bit short and the polish a little thick, so not as elegant a finish as I wanted but had to do 3 coats for even colour so possibly just the fault of the gel.

The underarm wax was thorough, perfect. Not so much the bikini wax with a few strands untouched.
