Booked Hollywood and full leg and was told I only had half leg despite showing my booking and receipt and there wasn't time for me.
I appreciate you making the time to do the rest of the leg later, but it wasn't ideal having this done after when this wasnt my fault. I spent the wax forwarding screenshots and emails as you asked. The wax was very rushed due to all this and had loads of very obvious patches I had to redo at home. Nice staff but quite disappointed.
