I dislike leaving negative reviews... I like reviews to help a small business to grow. However my wax not only didn’t pull the hair out at the roots, it damaged my skin and it peeled away after. The lower half was done so badly that the hair grew back in 2 days. I also found the reception when I turned up cold and unwelcoming. They left me in the room for ages to get ready whilst they did who knows what. Such a shame, as I was hoping this could be my new regular waxing salon.
