I’ve been coming here for my waxing for over a year now and thought I should write a review!
Sarah & the team are all friendly and welcoming. I’m never kept waiting for more than 5 mins, and the reception staff are lovely too!
Sarah does my waxing and she’s very professional and super friendly. I always feel very at ease considering what’s going on down there, and the noises I must make while she’s doing the wax 🤣 She always checks that I’m happy with the end result too!

Apart from the receptionist, I didn’t find the atmosphere friendly and wasn’t made to feel like a valued client. I was surprised there was no consultation about how I’d like my eyebrows waxed and when I explained how I would like them to be done, I received a disgruntled response. There was also no conversation at all during or after the treatment. These things made me feel uncomfortable.
