I’ve been here many times before and while it’s never been perfect, it’s usually been fine for a quick paint. Unfortunately, this visit was awful.
Before my appointment, I was asked to move it to the next day, which I couldn’t do, and then asked to come earlier, which also wasn’t possible due to work. When I arrived, I was rushed the entire time and made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Getting your nails done is a luxury and should feel relaxing, not stressful. I was not handled with care

Lady who did my nails was very friendly. I appreciate it is a busy time of year, but the man shouting at her about booking times and irritated with other customers was not appropriate. Tools should be cleaned between each client and they aren’t.
