I waited fifteen minutes for my appointment and wasn't offered any kind of refreshments while I waited. The gel nails were fine, but because the appointment was delayed for so long, it ended up being slightly rushed. Probably wouldn't go back here. £25 full price seems quite expensive for a very standard experience.

Popped in for a bikini wax. Therapist was very pleasant, but possibly didnt have much attention to detail. Had to point out some missed areas, but she was happy enough to go over them again.

Wax quality was a bit poorly so not all the unwanted hair was removed completely as required.
There were left over hairs which couldn't be removed by using this type of wax
So a bit dissapointing
