Staff are lovely and the location is good. Very good value- however the treatment did take half an hour longer than it should have done, the nails were good and I would go back and recommend to friends!

The beautician was very nice and so were the premises. However, this was a very painful bikini wax that resulted in numerous painful marks where my skin had been ripped off due to over-waxing. It may have been the poor quality of the wax. Strip wax was also used for parts of the waxing, which is very painful.
