Room is very small and somewhat hidden. The hairdresser receptionist (upstairs) has no discernible customer services skills but the therapist is friendly. It was an acceptable facial with extraction which is unusual nowadays.

It was really quick and efficient, both upper lip and eyebrows took 8minutes. in a way it was efficient but i kind of wish she took some time in between as it is painful.
