I would have like more shaping and cuticle attention. It also didn't feel like a salon environment to me, as there wasn't a table to rest my hands on between me and my nail specialist.

Although Reena is my eyebrow guru, I've rated three stars this time as I experienced rashes above my upper lip and eyebrows when I had it done last week. I've been going to Reena's for a while now and this was the first time that's ever happened. So I would say it was one off but thought something worth mentioning. Otherwise, like I said, Reena is my eyebrow guru so I will keep on going to her for a threading.
