at the end of the day i did get a manicure done to a standard that I was happy with but this place doesn't really seem to have its act together as a cohesive business. I arrived for my appt at 10:15 and the doors were locked! then when someone did unlock the door I had to wait because the person who was to do my nails hadn't arrived yet. not really an ideal situation on a work day when you're in a bit of a hurry - hence the fast manicure option purchased! Don't mean to grizzle - but I have been to cheaper places that do a better job so i don't really feel like i got value for money

Such a lovely experience, salon is clean and well kept, the manicure itself was perfectly neat and has lasted well, I've had lots of compliments on it.
