Staff was friendly, very nice and made you feel quite comfortable. Waxing was done well, not too painfully, and quickly and professionally. Will be going back, lovely location too. Did get slightly confused as beauty salon isn't necessarily advertised on the front door, but is one floor below the hairdresser. Very pleased with my wax, and beautician really was very nice and patient. And good at her job. Woo.
