I booked at short notice and was pleased the salon could fit me in for a full-face threading. However, when I arrived, the therapist seated me in a hairdressing chair with a low back and no head support, so I had to lean back into a very awkward position. The therapist said this was because the treatment room was occupied. Halfway through, someone left the adjacent treatment room, so I asked if we could move in there. She obliged, but it was clear that this was a room for massage, as the lights were very dim and she could barely see my face. Still, it seemed better than trying to sit flat in a chair! She was done in a total of 15 minutes, even though a full face thread usually takes 45 minutes. She asked me to check in the mirror if I was happy, but with dim lighting I couldn't really tell, and I'm often a bit blotchy straight afterwards, so I asked her to check. Needless to say, I discovered on getting home that it was extremely patchy, and will need to be done again. She even missed really obvious bits, like between my eyebrows. Maybe I caught them on a bad day and it's less expensive than Blink, but they never miss a thing and it lasts for months, so I think I'll go back there.
Pricier than what I'm used to, but in central London, I guess it's a steal! The waxing lady was brilliant - knew exactly what she was doing, and once of the best waxes I've had! General front of house staff were friendly enough, if a little terse.
Such a lovely place to visit after work for relaxing. The ambience of this place quite nice many things there to do such as do nails and hair
